House Rules

1. Communication: Please inform Pure Studio promptly if you have any specific needs or encounter any issues during your session.

2. Consideration: Be mindful of your actions and considerate of others that will be using the studio space after you.

3. Cleanliness: Maintain the cleanliness of the studio by tidying up your area after use. Dispose of any waste in the designated bin.

4. Footwear: To protect the studio's equipment, paper backgrounds and flooring, please ensure your shoes are clean before entering. Avoid wearing shoes with metal heel caps to prevent damage.

5. Smoking and Substance Use: Smoking is not permitted inside only allowed outside the building. The use of drugs is strictly prohibited on and around the premises.

6. Noise Levels: Keep sound equipment at a reasonable volume to respect neighboring spaces.

7. Punctuality: An employee will welcome you at the entrance 5-7 minutes before your scheduled time. Please notify us if you anticipate arriving late.

8. Session Timing: Your booked time slot begins and concludes exactly as you have booked. Any additional time will be charged according to the studio's rates.

9. Equipment and Props: Handle all studio equipment and props with care. Any damage caused during your session may result in additional charges.

10. Food and Beverages: No outside food or drinks are allowed. Water, tea, and coffee are provided within the studio.
